St. Luke’s Clinic – Eastern Oregon Medical Associates

NOTE
We recognize there are concerns about recent changes at the hospital in Baker City. Rest assured our clinic continues to offer the outpatient care we have always provided — including before, during and after pregnancy.
Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a personal physician coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life.

Our clinic provides a wide scope of services, including wellness exams and physicals, women’s health, diabetes management, obstetrics, family planning, skin biopsies and lesion removal, vasectomy, occupational health, COVID-19 monoclonal antibody treatment, and more. We also provide a full spectrum of mental health services to patients of all ages. We have regular visits from the mobile mammography unit and welcome visiting providers, who offer specialty services close to home (or using telehealth technology) including: oncology, genetic counseling for hereditary cancers, and urology. And, our van makes daily trips from our clinic to St. Luke's Cancer Institute in Fruitland to take cancer patients to and from their appointments.

As a member of the National Health Services Corps (NHSC), we promise to serve all patients. This means:

Appointment Considerations

  • Acute care: When you have a new problem, symptom or concern that has been going on for one month or less, please try to schedule with your existing primary care provider first. If that provider is not available in a timely manner, you may schedule with any provider in our clinic.
  • Walk-in care: available only for new problems, symptoms, or concerns that must be addressed right away. Patients are seen during normal hours on a first-come, first-served basis; but please understand that wait times may be up to a couple hours. Front desk staff can provide an estimated wait time when you check in.
